Henrik Jelert joined Nestlé in 2003 and Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) in 2015 as Executive Vice President of ReadyRefresh® by Nestlé®. In his current role, Henrik is responsible for growing NWNA's Direct-to-Consumer beverage delivery service that offers a diverse product portfolio directly to homes and businesses across the United States. He is a member of the Executive Team. The nationwide ReadyRefresh business comprises 3,600 employees, more than 60 branch operations, and completes approximately 17 million deliveries each year. Henrik brings more than 14 years of industry experience to the company.

Before joining NWNA, Henrik was Regional Business Head for the Nestlé Waters Direct European Home and Office delivery business. Prior to that, Henrik was President & CEO of Fomar Roulunds S.A., Poland, a brake system elements manufacturer for the automotive industry. Henrik also served as Chairman on the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Henrik earned two degrees from The Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. The first was a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Business Administration with a concentration in management of venture capital projects and trade with Eastern Europe. The second was Bachelor of Commerce degree focused on Financial Management with a concentration in financial planning in rapidly growing companies.
